The interior consists of custom-molded high-density protective foam that fits the plate or cup contour perfectly, absorbing up to 98% of transport vibrations and drops. Each shipment is sealed with a holographic security label.
Batch Firing & Dispatches
Because we fire our pottery in small, high-temperature batches (1280°C), some collections may experience pre-order queues. The availability status and next batch firing dates are always displayed on the respective product listings.
Once dispatched, a dynamic tracking code containing the unique laser-engraved batch coordinates of your piece is sent directly to your registered email or phone.
