Email us at **returns@croctech.com** or use our contact form within 30 days of receiving your package. Mention your Order ID.
Pack in Original Crate
Carefully place the ceramic piece back in its original protective foam and wooden crate. Seal it with standard packing tape.
Free Doorstep Pickup
Our designated courier partner will pick up the package from your address. The return logistics fee is covered entirely by us.
Eligibility & Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original packaging (custom foam, crate, security labels).
- Ceramic pieces must not show any signs of usage, scratches, or wear.
- Customized, laser-engraved initials pieces cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged during transit.
- Gifts returned by recipients can be exchanged for Atelier store credit.
Processing & Timelines
Once the returned crate arrives at our Paris workshop, our quality control team inspects the items to verify their condition. This process takes 2-3 business days.
Upon approval, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method (Bank account, Credit card, UPI, etc.) within **7 business days**.
Atelier Artisan Variance
Please note: Every CrocTech piece is hand-glazed and fired in a high-temperature kiln. Because of the nature of crystalline glazes, subtle variations in colors, crystal pattern formations, and surface textures are expected and represent the unique fingerprint of the artisan process. We do not accept returns for minor organic differences from catalog photos.
