Bespoke Atelier Policy
Each CrocTech vessel is fired at 1,280°C in limited micro-batches, hand-inspected, and registered to the acquiring collector. Consequently, in alignment with high luxury atelier standards worldwide, we do not accept standard change-of-mind returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order has entered dispatch.
We encourage collectors to explore our high-precision Spatial AR Studio to audition physical scale and tabletop compatibility prior to acquisition.

Document the Item
Photograph the affected area along with the serialized holographic security seal within forty-eight hours of parcel delivery.
